Synergie Australia is seeking a Skilled Supervisor to support the Operations Manager in delivering maintenance and minor works programs across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering maintenance/minor works programs.
- Supervise and develop office staff field teams and subcontractors.
- Conduct accurate condition assessments and estimations.
- Prepare detailed tender and quotation documentation.
- Ensure compliance with WHS standards through site inspections risk assessments and team education.
- Collect and submit samples (e.g. suspected asbestos materials) for testing where required.
- Promote and maintain a safe and equitable workplace
What Were Looking For
- Proven supervisory experience in maintenance/minor construction projects.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency with computer systems and project documentation.
- A current Drivers License and General Safety Induction (White Card) are mandatory.
Highly Desirable:
- A trade qualification in the construction industry.
- Background in carpentry/building with a current Builders Licence.
- Strong understanding of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) legislation and practices.
