Hey you!

genU is looking for a purpose-driven Supervisor to lead a team in Business Services Timber. Youll guide supported employees with disabilities building their skills in manufacturing a range of timber products for small local producers through to large commercial clients.

What youll do

Supervising and working alongside supported employees in completing timber; product manufacturing such as pallets crates furniture and custom orders;
Empower mentor and support your team members;
Keep work safe on time and up to quality standards;
Build a positive supportive and hands-on team vibe.

What youll bring

Experience in manufacturing or handy with tools would be beneficial but no essential;
A friendly leadership and mentorship approach;
An understanding and enthusiasm for working alongside people with disabilities.

(Youll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate but dont worry well help guide you through this.)
