Project Engineer (Water & Sewer)

EBA Engineering Inc. (EBA) is seeking a mid-level Project Engineer to work on impactful infrastructure projects. This hybrid role offers a balanced schedule with two remote workdays per week supporting both productivity and flexibility. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Project Engineer you will be involved in multidisciplinary water and sewer infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning design and execution of water and sewer infrastructure projects including pipelines (water distribution and sewer collection systems) pumping stations and associated infrastructure.
• Hydraulic modeling and pipe rehabilitations using traditional and trenchless technologies.
• Coordinating and managing multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative engineering solutions.
• Preparing detailed plans specifications cost estimates and permit applications.
• Managing project budgets schedules and resources effectively.
• Providing construction administration services.
• Participating in public meetings and hearings.
• Supporting business development efforts to maintain client relations and drive company growth.

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

To excel in this role candidates must possess:

• A bachelors degree in civil engineering environmental engineering or a related field.
• 2 years of relevant utility design experience.
• A professional engineering (PE) license is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with local state and federal regulations related to water and sewer systems.
• Familiar with using AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydraulic modeling software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
