PRIMARY TEACHER: BUILD THE FOUNDATION

• Lead Christ-centred inquiry-based curriculum aligned with BC Ministry of Education standards.
• Build a culture of high expectations and belonging.
• Drive team success through data sharing peer feedback and refined instructional practices.
• Embed the LCS learner profile into daily routines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid BC teaching certificate or independent schools teaching certification
• Bachelors degree
• Demonstrate expertise in literacy instruction and the ability to implement diverse Universal Design for Learning (UDL) strategies.
• Evidence a high standard of classroom management
• Evidence of a strong sense of purpose and identity built on Biblical principles and participation in a local Christian church community
