Reporting to Director Global Advocacy you will actively contribute to a high-performing team and drive impact by working productively and efficiently as part of our matrix structure championing our One Minderoo culture and focusing where applicable on partners stakeholders and beneficiaries to execute a content strategy aligned with Minderoos strategic goals. As Adviser Global Advocacy you will use your experience and contacts and your understanding of systems and processes to support a growing team to deliver high profile international events programs and policy outcomes. Day to day you will act as a team player working collaboratively with the Global Advocacy team across Minderoo and with other internal stakeholders to foster internal alignment and deliver agreed upon work programs.
You will:
- Manage complex calendars schedule meetings across global time zones.
- Coordinate travel arrangements visas event logistics and itineraries for international advocacy events.
- Prepare expense reports and manage team budgets in line with Minderoo policies.
- Create and manage the annual calendar of international engagements working across Minderoo and with other related entities to update and adjust the forward agenda as required.
- Organize team meetings workshops and virtual conferences.
- Support onboarding of new team members and contractors.
- Draft and proofread correspondence presentations and briefing materials.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely responses to inquiries and manage confidential information professionally.
- Assist with research data collation and preparation of advocacy reports.
- Support event planning for global advocacy campaigns and high-level forums.
- Track deliverables and deadlines for advocacy initiatives.
Qualifications :

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time-management skills
- Advanced skills with MS Office Suite including Outlook SharePoint Excel PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams.
