American Civil Constructors West Coast is currently seeking 2026 summer Interns excited to learn more about the inner-workings of the construction industry and assist us with our summer workload in both our McLeansville NC office.

We specialize in constructing retro-fitting and repairing bridges - as well as specialized pavement overlays. We work all over the country for various DOTs and Public Works Agencies. Many of our projects are quick turn-around (1-4 weeks) which provides a unique opportunity for summer interns to see projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Tracking Production and Inventory
- Handling Subcontracts and Purchase Orders
- Job billings
- Coordinating Varying Work Schedules (Day/Night)
- Working Closely with Project Managers Subcontractors/Suppliers DOTs/Owners
- Assisting Project Managers and Field Engineers in their duties
- Collecting quantities for payment
Qualifications
- Currently studying for a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
- Ability to read and understand project plans will be very helpful but is not required.
- Excellent computer skills a willingness to learn good organizational and time management skills ability to work as a team great communication skills (verbal and written) ability to work without direct supervision and enthusiasm to get to work are all essential to this job.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office is a must!
- Desired Experience: 0-4 years.
Compensation $20-$24 /hour. This is a temporary position no company benefits are offered.
