- Building and maintaining strong long-lasting relationship with vendors acting as the primary point of contact for all business metrics.
- Develop and implement strategies for vendors growth and retention.
- Overseeing customer account management including negotiating contracts and identify opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzing data to assess account performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
