Who were looking for

TFSs Enterprise Data and Technology Team Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivatedSenior Product Manager Data Products. The primary responsibility of this role is to execute the strategy roadmap and delivery of enterprisegrade data products that support business growth operational efficiency and risk management. Reporting to the Product Director the person in this role will support the departments objective to build scalable secure and compliant data solutions that advance the organizations data and analytics capabilities.

What youll be doing

Executing the multiyear product strategy and roadmap for enterprise data products including data platforms APIs analytics solutions and MLenabled capabilities.
Leading the endtoend product lifecycle from ideation through development launch and continuous optimization.
Partnering with data engineering ML engineering and platform teams to design scalable architectures and ensure highquality delivery.
Ensuring alignment with enterprise data governance data quality and regulatory frameworks such as CDGC and SOX.
Serving as a primary liaison for business stakeholders communicating product vision progress and outcomes across crossfunctional teams.

What you bring

6 years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on data products data platforms or MLdriven solutions.
Deep expertise in data product management with strong technical fluency across data engineering data modeling APIs and ML workflows.
Ability to write clear product requirements user stories acceptance criteria and technical specifications.
Proficiency in SQL and comfort working directly with data for validation analysis and troubleshooting.
Experience collaborating with data science teams to operationalize ML models and integrate predictive insights into business workflows.
Strong communication stakeholder management and executivelevel presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to deliver secure compliant and scalable data products in regulated financial environments.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.

Added bonus if you have

Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Azure GCP) data warehouses or data lake architectures.
Knowledge of API design data marketplaces or selfservice analytics tools.
Product management or data governance certifications (e.g. Pragmatic AIPMM CSPO).
Familiarity with advanced data governance practices or regulatory reporting environments.
