Job Description
We are currently looking for a student seeking an internship placement with the possibility to start as soon as possible. This internship is ideal for a student interested in data analysis quality improvement and the use of AI tools in an industrial and high-performance engineering environment.
At Koenigsegg precision and reliability are essential in everything we do. One important part of our quality work is the handling of Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) which are used to identify deviations root causes and improvement actions in production. Today the potential of NCR data is limited due to inconsistent data entry missing information and non-standardized formats.
In this internship you will work on improving the quality structure and usability of NCR data by applying data quality methods and AI-supported analytics.
You will:
- Assess the current quality of NCR data in terms of completeness consistency and accuracy
- Identify common data issues such as duplicates missing fields and inconsistent classifications
- Develop methods to clean standardize and enrich NCR data
- Apply data analytics and AI tools (for example NLP and pattern recognition) to identify trends and recurring non-conformities
- Create clear and interactive dashboards to visualize NCR statistics and quality trends
- Evaluate how improved data quality and analytics can support better decision-making within quality management
