Job Description Case Manager (Psychology Sector)
Role: Case Manager
Reporting to: Senior Case Manager
Location: Home Based
Salary: 25000
Job type: Permanent Full-time
Job Summary
People are our business. Driven by passion and results you will be accountable for being the first point of contact for our clients. Providing exceptional customer service and advice to people being referred to us will ensure that their journey with Lexxic is seamless from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
This role is principally about providing a professional and personal service to our Clients. Specific duties will include the following:
- working with and supporting psychologists
- educating customers in our services
- case management of referrals to the organisation which includes diary management
- answering and fielding client queries and organising appointments
- using and entering data into our CRM system
- ensuring SLAs are met and understanding the importance of this
- managing our shared inboxes
- answering phone calls
- ordering equipment and software for clients and Lexxic
- liaising with our Associates
- other administrative duties.
Key Attributes
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for answering phone calls and emails
- A passion for customer service
- An abundance of initiative
- Strong organisational skills self managed and able to multitask
- Strong IT skills including advanced understanding of CRM systems Outlook and Microsoft
- Excellent diary management skills
- A passion to learn and develop
You will have relevant or transferable experience of working with clients in a busy challenging environment.
From anywhere
We all have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the UK. As long as you are a team player and do great work we dont mind where you do it.
Further travel will be required throughout the UK and Ireland as required for team meetings.
