Were seeking a confident and strategic Regional/District Sales Manager to lead our sales team and client strategy across the Charlotte Atlanta GSP and Winston-Salem regions.
Location: Auburn GA 30011
Pay: $80000- $90000 Base Salary Incentive plan
About the Role:
As the Regional/District Sales Manager you will oversee and drive sales performance across multiple markets. This is a leadership role with responsibility for regional revenue growth team guidance and high-level client relationships. Youll set direction for the sales team while serving as a senior point of contact for key accounts and strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the regional lead and primary point of contact for all client relationships
Respond promptly and professionally to all client communications
Estimate work and generate service proposals
Recommend and upsell additional services to existing clients
Follow up on new leads from clients marketing efforts and trade shows
Develop and implement client engagement programs (site meetings lunch & learns drop-ins etc.)
Conduct site visits and perform light physical activity including walking on uneven terrain
Requirements:
1 years of client-facing experience in stormwater environmental services or landscaping (preferred)
Ability to lead motivate and influence a multi-region sales team
Experience in sales customer service or relationship development
College degree preferred
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Passion for problem-solving and working collaboratively
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors as needed
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
