Order Management Coordinator
LOCATION: Mexico City (Hybrid)

OVERVIEW:
The incumbent willbe responsible forassistingwith all aspects ofSharkNinjasorder management process providing customer service to our retailers and internal stakeholders working with 3PLs and transport carriers as well as performing general administrative tasks. TheOperationsCoordinatorwill focus primarily on theaccurateprocessing of customer orders forSharkNinjasmajor retailers in meeting and exceeding definedobjectivesin support of Retail Execution Lifecycle and Perfect Order Execution. They will also work very closely with Finance and Sales to review research andassistin corrective actions associated with retailer chargebacks.
TheOperationsCoordinatoris a valuable member of the team who exceeds customer service standards and brings forward issues and ideas for improvement. TheOperationsCoordinatoranadvocate for the customer and customer experience

- Process all orders tosendto the distribution facility.
- Verify inventoryavailabilities.
- Deal withlogistics: routing orders via EDI or Retailer portals.
- Pro-activelyopen-order files by accountindicatingcurrent routing issues & actions/EDC dates.
- Weekly review of results with Sales teams.
- Actively work to achieve on-time delivery metrics (OTIF).
- Escalate issues andidentifysolutions.
- Research compliance related deductions/errors andparticipatein cross-functional efforts to implement corrective actions.
- Assistin the review and research of all disputes rejected claims todeterminenextsteps.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- University degree preferably in Commerce.
