Job Description
As an ERP Specialist you will be responsible for the configuration administration and continuous development of NetSuite and related finance systems. You will work closely with Finance Operations and other business functions to ensure stable system operations high data quality and scalable solutions that support the companys continued growth. This role combines hands-on system ownership with close collaboration across the organization and external partners and involves close alignment with the Director of Business Control.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Own the configuration administration and ongoing development of NetSuite and related systems such as Cobase Medius Microsoft Teams and Power BI.
- Translate business requirements into effective scalable system solutions in close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Drive improvements automation initiatives and process optimization across finance and adjacent functions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for system-related questions incidents and change requests within the ERP and finance systems landscape.
- Ensure high data quality accurate reporting and structured master data management.
- Coordinate and participate in testing release management and internal user training.
- Develop and maintain reports dashboards and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors regarding system development integrations and enhancements.
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives related to scaling new market expansion and operational efficiency.
