Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and resultsdriven Leisure Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha Qatar. You will play a crucial role in driving our companys growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies leading a highperforming sales team and fostering strong relationships with key clients.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead motivate and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance and reach individual and team goals
  • Analyse market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new prospects
  • Conduct regular sales meetings performance reviews and training sessions to enhance team capabilities
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics preparing detailed forecasts and performance reports
  • Negotiate highvalue contracts and close deals with strategic customers
  • Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences to promote our products/services
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining open lines of communication

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar sales management role in hospitality with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a highperforming sales team
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop effective sales strategies
  • Resultsoriented with a proactive and selfmotivated approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian language is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
