Monday-Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm.
Responsible for the inventory management functions of Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital; which involves computer data entry controlling and monitoring of patient charges reconciling expensed and non-expensed inventory to the appropriate locations replenishing inventory to on-site and off-site location labeling chargeable items rotating stock maintaining FIFO LIFO and JIT inventory methods to the proper items/supplies communicates receiving areas of supplies to ensure adequate amount of supplies are available at all times. Once these duties are achieved employee will assist in receiving and distribution of incoming freight and placement of incoming supplies to the corresponding bin locations. Staff will also be responsible for receiving in of medication delivering the medication and stocking of medications to secure locations in the facility.
Education and Formal Training: High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D) may include specialized or vocational courses
Work Experience: Materials Management experience preferred but not necessary.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required: Basic communication skills basic PC and math skills.
