SelecSource is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Call Center Representative to support our employment verification operations during peak season. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong phone presence excellent accuracy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls to employers references and organizations to verify employment information
Maintain a professional and courteous phone demeanor at all times
Accurately document and confirm verification details in company systems
Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of requests

Qualifications

Clear professional phone voice with strong communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume call environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Prior call center or customer service experience preferred (not required)
Reliable punctual and flexible to work overtime as needed
Proficient computer skills (Excel Word PowerPoint Google Docs etc.)
