Hourly$24.95 - $36.91Overlake Medical Center & Clinics is currently seeking a NICU Support Specialist for our NICU Unit! The NICU Support Specialist performs a variety of clerical coordinating and communication activities to support unit operations. Is responsible for the cleaning of NICU Specialized equipment. Provides direct patient care to NICU patients and their families under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
0.3 FTE (24 hours per two-week pay period)

12-hour Shift
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant Training Program or equivalent documented nursing training required.
Nursing Assistant-Certified (NA-C) required.
Medical Assistant-Registered (MA-R) also required post hire (Overlake Hospital will sponsor this licensure).
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers certificationrequired.
One-year recent experience in a health care setting involving patient contact is preferred.
Exceptional customer services skills and strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with medical terminology
Effective organization and interpersonal communication skills
Familiarity with computers required
EHR Experience preferred
