Job Summary

Novus Print: Montague Gardens is seeking to appoint an Assistant Human Resources Practitioner to assist the Snr HR Practitioner with day-to-day duties. The focus will be on the implementation of company policies and procedures and employee relations practices; recruitment selection and assessment processes; in addition HR administration relating to the implementation of performance management payroll training and development organisational structure maintenance employment equity and the execution of monthly and legislative reporting.
