About the role
The People and Culture (P&C) Division plays a key role in supporting AEMO a critical infrastructure organisation and our people to learn lead and thrive as we navigate the energy future. We support our people to work in an environment that is adaptive consumer-focused and commercial. Our aim is to attract develop andretaintalent build the skills and capabilities needed for the future creating a culture that will enable people to thrive.
As the Senior Advisor People Experienceyoullplaya key role in delivering targeted initiatives that improve the people experience. This includesidentifyingopportunities for process improvement conducting process mapping gathering business requirements and developing robust project plans. Thisrole also involves executing effective change and communication planning to ensure successful outcomes.

What you will be doing
Leadtheend-to-enddeliveryofAEMOs annualperformanceand development cycle ensuring consistency and an outstanding people experience.
Champion initiatives that enhance HRSharedServicesways of working and elevate the people experience including:
Revamping andmaintainingthe People Hub SharePoint site to ensure improved accessibility and relevance.
Regularly updatingkey internal resources suchasthe People Hub handbook to reflect current best practices.
Streamlining employee movement forms and refining internal HRSStemplatesto drive efficiency.
Advance employee lifecycle processes and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overallemployeeexperience.
Partner with HR Advisory Services and People Systems & Reporting to refine processes and systems ensuring compliance while achieving operational efficiencies that enhance workforce outcomes.
Drive business understanding of HR processes and systems through education initiatives whilecontributingtothe HR Shared Services Plan to deliver innovative solutions aligned with People & Cultures strategic goals.
What you will bring to the role
Tertiary Qualifications in Business(Commerce) majoring in Human Resourcesor asimilar discipline.
Offer deepexpertisein HR Operations across multiple functions coupled with advanced capability in utilising HR systems to drive process efficiency.
Skilled in continuous improvement (process mapping reviews and enhancement delivery).
Demonstrated ability to applycritical thinking to analyse complex HR processesidentifyroot causes of issues and develop innovativesolutions that enhance the people experience and drive continuousimprovement initiatives.
Proactive resilient and collaborative team player with strong planning analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly organized and adaptable you thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment while driving initiatives that make a real impact.
