AI Engineer Employee Experience Intern

This requires a smart highly collaborative team who can identify investigate and implement new technologies to continue securely scaling our global business.

This intern role will assist in unlocking AI capabilities within foundational platforms and contribute to projects aimed at developing AI solutions that enhance the employee experience. This includes researching and implementing AI-driven search functionalities optimizing data retrieval processes and collaborating with teams to identify innovative ways to leverage AI for improving employee engagement and productivity.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of DevOps Engineering.

Responsibility

• Engage in training opportunities to learn about employee experience/AI technologies and tools

• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and insights related to AI and employee experience

• Stay updated on the latest AI/ML technologies and trends enables organizations to research innovative tools that enhance employee experience and align with the voice of the customer

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Basic

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field

• Experience with large language models (LLMs) artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts

• Experience with programming languages such as Python

Preferred

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively

• Experience developing AI capabilities that enhance the employee experience by streamlining processes personalizing interactions and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making

• Demonstrating product mindset with a focus on understanding user needs and iterating on solutions to enhance the employee experience

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience.

Based on applicable legislation the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $31/hour - $41/hour
