How youll contribute

Performs plan of care intervention including medication administration specimen collection clinical treatments as well as other medical care treatment.
Documents patient care given.
Monitors records and communicate patient condition as appropriate to care team physician patient and family.
Assists patients with performing activities of daily living including personal hygiene elimination nutrition and ambulation.
Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care including patient transfer discharge referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age culture condition and circumstances.
Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
Non-Essential Functions
Review and comply with LifePoint Code of Conduct and all relevant Company and Division policies and procedures.

What we are looking for:

Current RN to practice in the state of (KY);

*New Graduates may work under a KY provisional license for up to 6 months with the expectation that an RN license will be obtained within the first 6 months of employment. If an RN license is not earned within 6 months of employment the provisional licensee must immediately cease practicing in a licensed nursing position.

Certifications:

BCLS; ACLS & PALS required within 6 months of hire
