Wintrust was founded with the idea to be the alternative to the big banks. We are looking for top talent to join Chicagos Bank as a full-time Executive Assistant supporting our Libertyville Bank & Trust CEO/Market Head and team!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management of CEOs daily schedule

  • Provide periodic support to the Business Security Officer and Head of Retail

  • Coordinate meetings/events assist with generation of various reports presentation preparation expense reporting and completion of assigned projects

  • Conserve executives time by reading researching and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications

  • Prepare agendas notices minutes and resolutions for meetings

  • Process accounts payable including reconciliation of the Banks corporate credit card

  • Maintain office supplies and order replacements; manage office equipment and maintenance

  • Provide back-up support to other administrative support staff as needed

Qualifications:

  • Advanced computer skills with MS Office Suite

  • 3 years secretarial administrative assistant office services experience supporting various management levels required

  • High school degree or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal communication (both written and oral) and telephone etiquette skills

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet designated deadlines

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational planning and problem-solving skills

  • Customer focus in dealing with all levels of employees and visitors

  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information

Compensation:

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $26.44 - $37.00 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors such as a candidates qualifications skills and experience.
