The Boulder Site is home to the specialized technical operations/CMC team for oligonucleotides and RNAi therapeutics. The CMC team works alongside Quality Regulatory Technical Operations and RNAi Early Development professionals at our Boulder Colorado facility and works closely with our teams in Lexington Massachusetts. The Position
The primary focus for this position is to identify and troubleshoot site Facilities related issues provide repair vendor oversight/management/coordination when necessary and ensure the maintenance and repairs for Lexington campus are followed through with from start to finish. This position will be the primary contact for all vendor contacts for emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance. As a member of the Facilities Team provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees and their activities by using best business practices to manage resources services and procedures to meet the goals of the company.
Relationships
Reports to Facilities Manager. Internal relationships include working with Research Scientists Research Associates and colleagues within Operations. External relationships include contact with various vendors and property maintenance team.

0-10% overnight travel required. Ability to Climb ladders utilize basic hand/power tools sit/stand/crouch for prolonged periods. Ability to lift 0-60 lbs.
Qualifications
The base compensation range for this position is $68370 to $119650. Base compensation is determined based on a number of factors. This position is also eligible for a company bonus based on individual and company performance.
