You will be the first point of contact for guests offering a playful and genuine welcome. You will handle their vehicles and luggage ensuring necessary transfers. Proactively manage requests and resolve complaints. Guarantee an exceptional guest experience by attending to their needs with meticulous attention to detail to create a Wow effect.
PROFILE
Passionate about the W brand with boundless creativity.
Previous experience in customer service and luxury hospitality.
Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent communication in French and English.
Highly motivated and dedicated.
Genuine interest in our brand values: taste sound scene stance and balance.
Attention to detail and a strong desire to provide a memorable guest experience.
Position to be filled from April 2026
