Job Summary
Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani a national Law Firm with offices in all 50 States has an immediate opening for a Litigation Paralegal in its Carlsbad office. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of Paralegal experience. There may be flexible options for successful candidates including hybrid and full-time remote opportunities.
Responsibilities include client contact document review and production drafting and responding to discovery indexing exhibit preparation investigation and research.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of litigation support and case management.
- Experience organizing large caseloads discovery trial preparation and assisting at trial.
- Familiarity with the California and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree (preferred).
- ABA approved Paralegal certificate.
- Experience with Summation Pro Relativity or comparable litigation support software.
- Strong analytical and written communication skills are required.

The yearly salary range is between $45000-$90000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills training experience including the location where the position is filled.
