YOUR ROLE AS AN HCM IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST - HRIS INTEGRATION ANALYST:

In this full-time role youll ensure accurate and seamless HRIS and payroll data integration. Youll import and reconcile wage data tax liabilities and banking details perform quality checks on PTO plans benefits and garnishments and communicate project updates to stakeholders. Youll also assist with training and actively support our vision for excellence.

In order to do this youll need the following:

Hands-on experience with HCM systems SaaS CRM or project management technology

Experience working with timekeeping solutions (Swipeclock preferred)

Strong relationship-building skills

Experience with Excel human capital management and SQL Server along with a four-year post-secondary education or a bachelors degree is preferred.
