The Field Marketing Lead for the Americas is responsible for defining and executing the regional marketing strategies ensuring alignment with global initiatives while tailoring campaigns to local market needs. This role includes overseeing key marketing channels guiding the Field Marketing Managers and Executives and collaborating closely with sales and partner teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
The Americas role at Onclusive covers Canada the USA and Latin America with two direct reports based in Buenos Aires. The Americas is our fastest growth region and contributes significantly to the overall global marketing KPIs. This Role reports into our Global Head of Field Marketing.
Define the regional marketing strategy in alignment with global objectives.
Guide Field Marketing Managers and Executives on campaign execution and performance improvement.
Oversee budget allocation and marketing investment planning for the region.
Oversee the development of integrated marketing campaigns (content digital social events).
Ensure regional paid media strategy aligns with demand generation goals.
Work with sales leaders to ensure marketing activities directly support pipeline growth.
Develop a regional events framework prioritising key industry opportunities.
Strengthen strategic partnerships with agencies influencers and co-marketing partners.
Own high-level PR and brand visibility efforts.
Set KPIs for regional marketing performance and oversee reporting for optimisation.
Ensure SEO website traffic and engagement initiatives contribute to long-term growth.
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on campaign performance.
Oversee and execute organic and paid social campaigns (e.g. LinkedIn Ads).
Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging localised social content.
Monitor and analyse social media performance adjusting strategies for growth.
Set the regional paid media strategy and ensures it aligns with business goals.
Work with agencies or internal teams to optimise ad spend and targeting.
Track campaign performance and provide reporting insights to improve ROI.
Support content creation including landing pages blogs emails and social posts.
Work with PR agencies to repurpose and localise content.
Ensure content follows SEO best practices to improve organic traffic.
Plan and execute regional events webinars and partner activations.
Manage logistics speaker coordination and post-event follow-ups.
Align event marketing efforts with lead generation and pipeline goals.
Oversees digital growth strategies and regional performance tracking.
Implement SEO recommendations to improve search rankings and visibility.
Ensure regional website content is updated and optimised for lead conversion.
Execute co-marketing initiatives with external partners (content events webinars).
Provide localised marketing materials to support sales enablement.
