The Creative Operations Manager is responsible for maximizing workflow managing creative bandwidth organizing creative assets and overseeing creative processes. CRM will scope all incoming projects and determine the appropriate team members and resources needed to accomplish the addition COM will manage production workflows Graphic Designers and Production Specialists.

What Youll Do:

Review new creative requests and scope each project
Delegate and manage creative bandwidth
Manage production designers
Review production designer work and give creative feedback
Partner with project managers and strategists to craft Workfront flows and creative briefs
Schedule and run creative kick-off calls and manage creative approvals

Qualifications:

5 to 7 years of related experience
Expert-level knowledge in Graphic Design
Strong knowledge of Workfront
Strong organizational skills

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $98000 - $132000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors such as a candidates qualifications skills and experience.
