What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Valuing and listing residential properties
• Driving sales performance across the office
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Spotting business opportunities and developing new leads
• Representing the agency professionally within the local market

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Extensive residential property sales experience
• Ability to carry out property valuations and secure listings
• Smart articulate and well-presented
• Ambitious and highly self-motivated
• Strong local market knowledge (desirable)
• Full UK driving licence essential
