About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Benefits Administrator to join our growing HR team in Bangalore this role you will play a key part in managing and supporting TRG Screens employee benefits programs ensuring smooth and accurate administration from start to finish. Youll work closely with our global Benefits Manager and collaborate with Finance and Payroll teams to reconcile invoices manage benefit enrollments and maintain accurate records.

This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills as well as the ability to navigate multiple systems and manage sensitive information with discretion. You will be the local point of contact for benefits-related queries and leave processes in India helping employees understand their benefits while ensuring compliance with local policies and company standards.

The ideal candidate brings a proactive problem-solving mindset and thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment. While primarily focused on India benefits this role will also support global benefits initiatives and projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the monthly benefits review process including downloading reviewing and reconciling invoices and coordinating with the Finance team.
  • Reconcile benefits invoicing and bills ensuring alignment with Finance records and timely submissions.
  • Work within HRIS tools to cross-reference data upload documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Partner with Finance on benefits reconciliation projects and drive process improvements through collaboration and attention to detail.
  • Facilitate benefits enrollment terminations and changes ensuring smooth administrative processes.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee leave coordination managing required documentation and working closely with the Benefits Manager.
  • Own the end-to-end process for benefit changes related to new hires leavers and payroll deductions ensuring accurate calculation and management of premiums and adjustments.
  • Focus primarily on India benefits administration while supporting global benefits initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
  • Stay current on India-specific benefits offerings and local market trends; recommend enhancements or new ideas to strengthen TRG Screens benefits programs.
  • Lead in launching benefits-related initiatives and projects including vendor coordination and rollout communications.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of TRG Screens benefits policies and help ensure compliance and employee understanding across the region.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 24 years of experience in benefits administration HR operations or a related function.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones.
  • High level of integrity professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) or equivalent software.
  • Prior experience with HRIS systems and benefits tools preferred.
  • Familiarity with Indias benefits landscape policies and local market practices is a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic global environment.
