The role of Customer Relations Specialist is part of the specialist team within our contact centre youll be accountable for managing new and existing customers and their lovedonesvia both inbound and outbound contact. The role will see you acting as an SME to guide our customers on their journey post-acquisition of funding.
Managing a diverse case-load the role is designed to quality the level of enquiry and match prospective customers to be seen by one of the Customer Admission Specialists to complete their journey into services with BlueCare.

As a highly experienced contact centre resolution or retention specialists you will be providing exceptional customer service through your communication and problem solving skills continually working towards resolution.
You will present with the confidence empathy and interpersonal skills to talk to people from all walks of life including clients experiencing challenging personal circumstances. Youll demonstrate resilience in providing the best customer service possible on each and every call.
Youll have flexibility to be rostered across shifts from 8AM to 5PM Monday to Friday.
