What Youll Be Doing
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Collaborate with team members to complete maintenance tasks and projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and overtime as needed
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Work Environment
This position involves working in a heavy industrial environment with exposure to noise dust and varying temperatures. The role requires physical activity including lifting climbing and standing for extended periods.
What We Offer
$20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
