Job Summary
Bilingual Controller (Temp-to-Hire)We are seeking an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) Controller to oversee financial operations for a binational company with U.S. and Mexico operations. This role leads the accounting team ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP and Mexican regulations delivers accurate financial reporting and supports strategic decision-making across the Responsibilities:Lead and manage a 12-person multi-location accounting teamPrepare and consolidate U.S. and Mexico financial statementsEnsure compliance with U.S. GAAP Mexican fiscal laws and tax requirementsOversee AP/AR payroll general ledger audits budgeting and P&L reviewsDevelop internal controls financial policies and performance reportsSupport cross-border transactions and advise on transfer pricingQualifications:Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)7-10 years of accounting/finance experience; 35 years in leadershipStrong knowledge of U.S. and Mexican accounting and tax lawsProven team leadership (10 employees)ERP systems proficiency and advanced Excel skillsDetails:Full-time in-person Temp-to-hireSalary: $80000/yearLocation: In personApply: Send resumes to
