YOUR MISSION

Join us as an Assistant Top Accounts Ukraine and play an essential role in ensuring smooth partner management! Youll manage contracts handle financial reconciliations maintain accurate partner data and provide analytical support for the team. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic environment while contributing directly to the success and efficiency of our partner ecosystem.

THE JOURNEY

  • Contract Management and Amendments: Preparation administration and support of contracts (including marketing agreements) and work with supplementary agreements.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Creation approval and processing of agency and marketing reconciliation statements for Food partners maintenance of a receivables register and preparation of refund request letters.
  • Systems Management and Configuration: Updating partner info in internal systems and the financial cabinet (changes of PE their details contract conditions etc.).
  • Analytical support for Account Managers: Creation of standardized partner reports preparation of MBR/WBR presentation slides for meetings and handling of ad-hoc requests.
  • Communication and Support: Conducting business communication and negotiations with partners and promptly resolving their financial issues and issues related to the operation of locations.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 0.5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Basic understanding of contracts financial documentation and reconciliation processes.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy when working with data and documents.
  • Knowledge of spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) at an intermediate level and presentations (Google Slides / PowerPoint).
  • Looker knowledge will be a plus.
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive responsible attitude.
  • Willingness to learn take ownership of tasks and handle ad-hoc requests.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.
