The HR Officer is responsible for supporting and implementing human resource policies and procedures managing recruitment and onboarding processes maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role serves as a key point of contact between employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Implement HR policies procedures and company guidelines
Handle employee relations issues and support conflict resolution
Coordinate performance appraisal processes
Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management
Organize training and development programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Support disciplinary actions and grievance handling
Prepare HR reports and documentation for management
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
