Temporary Accounts Assistant (approx 3 months) Eccles Manchester Immediate start available Part Time Evenings (4pm-8pm preferred Monday-Friday) 15 per hour

An immediate start is available for an experienced Accounts Assistant to support a wellestablished business based in Eccles Manchester on a temporary basis. This role operates on evening hours working 4pm8pm Monday to Friday.

The Opportunity

Provide transactional finance support to the wider team assisting across purchase ledger sales ledger and general accounting tasks
Monitor and manage shared finance inboxes prioritising queries and ensuring timely accurate responses or allocation to the correct team members
Process a variety of financial documents - including invoices payments and adjustments - ensuring accuracy correct coding and compliance with internal procedures
Support monthend activities such as reconciliations preparing financial data and ensuring records are complete and up to date
Assist with supplier and customer account maintenance helping resolve queries discrepancies and outstanding items
Provide general administrative and financial support to ensure smooth daytoday operations within the finance department
