The Opportunity
Adobe is the leader in Experience Management and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) helps customers design manage and deliver high-quality digital experiences at scale.

About the Team
The Cloud Persistence team part of the Cloud Foundation group delivers the mission-critical storage layer for AEM Cloud Service. We make sure content is always consistent durable and lightning-fast to accessso our customers can create and deliver personalized high-quality experiences without a hitch.
We operate at serious scale managing thousands of databases and storage accounts holding terabytes of content. We like solving big problems we like doing it together and were growing fast.

What Youll Do

• Own the development and operation of core storage components
• Scale our persistence layer to support a growing global customer base
• Solve complex distributed systems and scalability challenges
• Work closely with product managers and other teams to turn business needs into elegant technical solutions

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
• 5 years of software engineering experience
• Strong Java and JVM knowledge (GC concurrency memory management)
• Solid database skillsboth SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB Azure Blob Storage a plus)
• Experience with Kubernetes and a major cloud provider (Azure or AWS)
• Understanding of programming best practices and design patterns
• Curiosity willingness to learn and a collaborative mindsetbecause we win as a team
