This role is all about partnering with leaderswithin our Store Support Centre (SSC)tosupport indeliveringstrategic people initiatives strengthen organisational effectiveness and create an environment where ourteam memberscan thrive.

- Partnering with SSC leaders to deliver key People & Culture strategies and people metrics including retention and engagement.
- ProvidingEmployee Relations advice and supporting withend to endmanagement of ER cases.
- Supporting organisational development initiatives includingculturebuildingprograms engagement surveys and action planning.
- Supporting with facilitation ofleadership development programs such as masterclasses workshops andcapabilitybuildinginitiatives.
- Analysing data and contributing insights that inform strategicdecisionmaking.
- Experienceworking as a People and Culture Business Partner or Senior People and Culture Advisor.
- Strong communicationandrelationshipbuildingskills you know how to influence partner and bring people on the journey.
- A growth mindset and proactive approach you take initiative embrace challenges and look for better ways of working.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Knowledge of organisational design leadership development and cultural transformation.
- The ability to manage multiple projects juggle priorities andmaintainattention to detail in afastpacedenvironment.
