Job Summary
Voss Honda is hiring a Full-time service advisor to join our team.

Your role as a service advisor is to schedule service for our customers and to provide the ultimate customer service experience.
Some of your daily routine consists of:
Maintaining the daily production control schedule.
Scheduling service appointments.
Greeting customers at their vehicles in a timely and friendly manner.
Completing the pre-form inspection
Taking phone calls from customers regarding the status of vehicles or other questions regarding our service to them.
You will maintain consistent and open communication with the customer the service department and the parts department.
Will use your ability to listen and ask questions to ensure you understand what is going on with the customers vehicle.
You will demonstrate your strong communication skills in both oral and written communication.
You will use your proficient computer skills to ensure complete documentation for the customer and the manufacturer.
A valid drivers license is required and a good driving record.
