Job Summary

Richmond R-XVI School District is looking for a Special Education Process Coordinator for the 2026-2027 school year. The Special Education Process Coordinator supervises the SPED process from referral through placement and provision of services appropriate identification and placement of students with disabilities and public agency compliance with state and federal requirements for special education. To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skills and abilities required. Qualifications: Must have an appropriate Missouri Special Education Certificate in one special education field. (i.e. Mild/Moderate Cross Categorical ECSE etc.). Candidates have demonstrated a knowledge of the Special Education Process and laws and have 5 years experience in providing special education services preferred.
