What Your Day Will Look Like:
As an Executive Assistant at Consor you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to C-suite executives serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership. You will manage complex executive calendars coordinate travel process expense reports and support executive meetings board activities and key organizational events.
This role requires handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion while performing advanced administrative and project-based work. You will act as a liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders anticipate needs prioritize competing demands and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills executive presence and a thorough understanding of organizational priorities and practices are essential.
Potential Salary Range: $110000 - $125000

Physical Demands and Work Environment
This office job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers phones and copy machines. May occasionally be exposed to noise.
While performing the duties of this job physical demands of the employee may include constant sitting talking hearing repetitive motions and occasional standing moving reaching handling grasping feeling and coordination. This job will rarely require lifting carrying pushing or pulling over to 35 lbs.
