The LSET oversees classroom operations staff training curriculum implementation and collaboration with families and districts ensuring high-quality educational programming aligned with ResponsibilitiesEnsure supervision safety and instructional integrity in assigned classroomsServe as case manager for assigned studentsMaintain compliance with IEPs ABA best practices and organizational policiesModel professionalism and leadership for classroom staffParticipate in trainings meetings and school-wide eventsEducational & Instructional ResponsibilitiesDevelop implement and oversee IEP-aligned instructionLead classroom scheduling and daily routinesOversee data collection and progress monitoringPrepare and present Student Day IEP and Peer Review materialsCollaborate with related service providers (SLP OT BCBA)Ensure generalization of skills across environmentsSupervision & Leadership ResponsibilitiesSupervise ABA Teachers and classroom staffProvide Behavioral Skills Training (BST) and performance feedbackSupport onboarding and training of new staffEnsure treatment fidelity and instructional consistencyCommunicationServe as primary point of contact for families and districtsCommunicate effectively with EBSC and interdisciplinary teamsMaintain confidentiality and ethical standardsAttendance Participation & TimelinessMaintain punctuality and reliable attendanceMeet deadlines for reports meetings and documentationAttend required trainings and organizational eventsEducation Experience & QualificationsBachelors degree required; Masters preferredMassachusetts Special Education licensure requiredExperience working with students with autismABA experience strongly preferredSkills & AbilitiesStrong leadership and organizational skillsAbility to manage staff and classroom systemsProficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPointCompassionate adaptable and mission-drivenPhysical RequirementsThis position is based in an active school environment and requires the ability to:Sit stand walk bend and move throughout the school in active instruction including floor work and classroom clearly with students staff and quickly and confidently within the school environment to support student safety when Join Crossroads ContinuumWe believe supporting our students starts with supporting our staff.
