Who are we looking for

Pixaera is scaling fast. Weve proven productmarket fit in Europe with nearly 3 growth strong enterprise adoption and deep trust with global industrial leaders. The US is the next major growth engine with significant whitespace across energy construction manufacturing data centers and critical infrastructure. This role exists to own and accelerate US enterprise growthclosing complex high-value deals and helping shape how we win in the US market.

This is not a run inbound demos role. This is a build hunt and close role.

Who this role is not for:

  • People who need heavy enablement or rigid process

  • Transactional SMB or mid-market seller

  • AEs who avoid complex stakeholders or long sales cycles

  • Anyone looking for a comfortable role

What you will own:

Enterprise revenue ownership (US)

  • Own a $1m$3m ARR quota selling multi-year enterprise deals

  • Lead complex sales cycles with global enterprises (612 months)

  • Drive deals from first conversation through procurement legal and signature

  • Build deep relationships with senior safety operations learning and digital leaders

Strategic deal leadership

  • Run disciplined high-control enterprise sales processes

  • Create urgency clear next steps and strong executive alignment

  • Navigate multiple stakeholders regions and buying committees

  • Shape commercial structures from pilots to expansions to global rollouts

US market expansion

  • Help define Pixaeras US go-to-market motion

  • Identify priority verticals anchor accounts and strategic partners

  • Feed structured insights back into product marketing and leadership

  • Represent Pixaera with credibility at an enterprise and industry level

Collaboration and leverage

  • Work closely with another Senior Enterprise AE

  • Partner with sales engineering product marketing and partnerships

  • Engage directly with the founder and leadership team on strategic deals

  • Help raise the bar on sales quality deal rigor and forecasting

What success looks like in 1218 months

  • Multiple high-quality US enterprise logos closed

  • A repeatable enterprise motion established in priority US verticals

  • Strong forecast accuracy and deal hygiene

  • Recognized internally as a trusted closer on the hardest deals

  • Clear path to expanded scope and leadership

Who are you

Experience and capability

  • 712 years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales

  • Proven track record closing $250k$1m ARR deals

  • Experience selling into industrial energy construction manufacturing or regulated enterprise environments

  • Comfortable with long complex buying cycles

  • Strong command of MEDDICC (or equivalent) executive-level selling and multi-stakeholder deal orchestration

Sales DNA:

  • High ownership high standards low ego

  • Sharp structured communicator who creates clarity

  • Knows when to explore and when to drive to decision

  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building motion from scratch

  • Hungry ambitious and motivated by building something meaningful

What you must be:

  • Passionately customer-focused always aiming to understand and meet their needs.

  • Obsessive about quality and user experience striving for excellence in everything you do.

  • A team player valuing collaboration and open communication.

  • Adaptable and resilient ready to face the dynamic challenges of a start-up environment.

  • Based in New York City or its proximity with willingness to come to the office occasionally.
