Turndown Attendant is responsible for making lasting impressions on our guests by ensuring the guests room is clean attractive and welcoming at all times.

• Perform all the functions of a Room Attendant and Houseperson as needed and warmly greet all of our guests.
• Offer assistance and information to our guests.
• Clean guest rooms according to Omnis standards for Room Attendants.
• Provide water and ice to guests.
• Offer guest towels pillows and other services/amenities.
• Change linens turn-down bed.
• Attend required department meetings and company training.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Omni standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the resort.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper attire/uniform and name tag when working.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

• Previous Housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time walk push pull stoop bend and lift items of moderate weight for an entire shift.

Working Environment:

• Interior of hotel with daily travel around property.
• Exposure to hazardous chemicals.

• Cleaning supplies
• Personal protective equipment
