Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

- Responsible for achieving sales goals for all product lines in the sales region and develop new revenue opportunities in the regional market
负责达成销售区域内所有产品线的销售目标并在区域市场中开发新的营收机会
- Responsible for developing new accounts and maintaining a strong relationship with corporation partner

- Developing and executing sales programs to maximize market shares and sales opportunities

- Achieve Assessment & Training sales & Revenue KPI

- Assure Sales forecast accuracy

- Preparing departmental budget and cost control

- Assisting Sales Director in business opportunities and strategy

Person Specification

- Bachelors degree or above
本科及以上学历
- Relevant working experience in the Sales function
具备销售职能相关工作经验
- Relevant sales experience in TIC industry or in the carbon emissions and sustainability sector or in certification consulting-related or training industries
具备检测认证行业或碳排放与可持续发展领域或认证咨询相关行业或培训行业的销售经验
- In-depth understanding of the organizational awareness and management systems
深刻理解组织架构与ISO管理体系认证
- Familiar with the integration of operations or system processes in a business environment
熟悉企业环境中运营或系统流程的整合
- Able to independently carry out the marketing in the assigned district be good at analysing customer groups managing comprehensively and at market operation and be flexible with emergence
