Fi is looking for a Strategic Finance Associate!

Fi is looking for a Strategic Finance Associate to deliver strategic and analytical insight support investor communications and drive ROI-positive initiatives as the company scales. Youll work closely with Fis leadership team to equip the business with the models data and financial rigor needed to guide decision-making and evaluate new opportunities. This role offers real ownership and visibility with the chance to apply deep financial analysis sound judgment and creativity to meaningful problems inside a fast-growing investor-backed company.

What Youll Do:

Own and maintain Fis sales forecasts financial models and unit economics to support high-stakes decision-making
Partner with the Data team to define analyze and report core business KPIs and key drivers of consumer behavior
Prepare clear decision-ready reporting for leadership and investors
Work closely with Accounting to ensure financial accuracy alignment and clarity across the business
Partner with the executive team on strategic initiatives capital allocation decisions and scaling efforts bringing financial rigor to the companys highest-impact opportunities

What Youll Bring:

13 years of experience in investment banking consulting venture capital private equity or a similarly rigorous analytical environment
Strong financial modeling skills including three-statement models forecasting and unit economics; advanced Excel fluency required
Working knowledge of ROI LTV/CAC GAAP and modern analytics tools such as Tableau or SQL; VBA a plus
Structured forward-looking thinker who can balance multiple priorities bring clarity to complex situations and translate messy data into sound decisions
Comfortable working cross-functionally and synthesizing inputs from across the business into a coherent financial narrative
Empathetic collaborative partner who values diverse perspectives and supports teammates through strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong belief in measurement and accountability as the foundation for influence and impact

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $00. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors including skills experience market conditions and role scope which may evolve during the hiring process. As a fast-growing Series B startup Fi evaluates compensation opportunistically to align with the right candidate. This role is also eligible for equity compensation.
