Job Summary

This is a clinic-based position with the potential to expand into travel to satellite clinic locations in the future. Responsibilities include assisting the ENT physician in the OR inpatient follow up care and clinic patient care.

SCHEDULE: Working 4 days per week.

Requirements
Masters degree in physician assistant studies or nursing and graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the State of Colorado or Nurse Practitioner license issued by the State Board of Nursing
Physician Assistant Certification (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner Certification issued by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB)
Unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) permit to prescribe all medications commonly prescribed in the course of practice
Eligible to provide services reimbursable services and maintain provider status with Medicare and Medicaid
Eligible to provide services with no sanctions or exclusion from HHS/OIG or GSAs List of Parties Excluded from Federal Programs
Unrestricted medical staff membership with appropriate practice privileges
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
