Youll take command of a revenue-generating territory and build it into a powerhouse. Residential commercial HOA you name it youll own it. We back you with training leadership and marketing horsepower so you can focus on what you do best: winning business and growing long-term accounts.

Key Responsibilities

As our next Sales Leader you will:

Drive consistent growth across residential commercial and HOA accounts
Perform onsite evaluations and present sharp professional proposals
Build and strengthen B2B relationships (property managers builders commercial facilities HOA boards)
Prospect daily both cold and warm to fuel a high-velocity pipeline
Close recurring service agreements and expand your portfolio
Follow a documented sales process and maintain precise CRM records
Represent the brand with confidence credibility and executive presence
