We are looking for business developer to support in-country growth.
Responsibilities:
As a Business Developer you will be the bridge between Intelics groundbreaking technology and our partners in the defense industry. You will identify strategic opportunities establish partnerships and support expansion of our customer base in Ukraine. Working closely with our leadership team you will directly influence Intelics roadmap and ensure our solutions meet the needs of partners and defense stakeholders. Your role is about understanding client needs positioning our solutions effectively and driving sustainable growth for Intelic.
In practice this means:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Ukraine or in Europe with Ukrainian partners and translate them into commercial results.
Build and coordinate international partnerships and onboard technical partners to expand our partner network for various international MoD programs. Represent Intelic at trade shows events and partner meetings.
Support the preparation of proposals and tenders with engineering finance and leadership.
Conduct market and competitor research to guide strategy and growth plans.
Translate strategic objectives into a concrete pipeline of opportunities.

This includes
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Commercially driven with a strong ability to recognize generate and develop opportunities.
Proactive independent and structured working style with willingness to travel internationally.
Experience in defense AI robotics or unmanned systems ideally supported by a technical background.
Deep understanding of Ukrainian military & government structures
A strong existing network inside Ukrainian Defence Forces or UAV-focused innovation communities (including the whole defense industry) is desirable
Experience in business development consultancy tender procurement or working with defense stakeholders (MoDs primes OEMs).
Possibly experience in (military) leadership and high tempo operations specifically experience working with unmanned systems and/or mission-critical C2.
Exceptional stakeholder management: able to operate confidently with commanders brigades government and industry partners.
Fluent in English and Ukrainian
