Performance & Insights
Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales performance reviews for E&I and Marine.
Maintain historical results and review pipeline health to identify risks and opportunities early.
Monitor key commercial KPIs including winloss deal size sales productivity customer tail movement and CRM adoption.
Identify performance issues early and recommend corrective actions based on reliable data.
Commercial Effectiveness
Support improvements in deal size and sales per rep through targeted insights and practical recommendations.
Review customer portfolios and pipeline coverage to identify workload imbalances and focus gaps.
Recommend actions to strengthen sales focus on high-value customers and opportunities.
Execution & Follow-Up
Track actions from monthly and quarterly reviews and ensure timely closure of commitments.
Support continuous improvement by translating insights into clear actionable next steps.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with Regional ComEx Digital Sales and other stakeholders to validate data and align insights with commercial priorities.
Ensure performance discussions are grounded in shared facts and aligned objectives.
Governance & Communication
Prepare executive-ready materials for Sr Leadership Team / Directors that clearly communicate impact risks and next steps.
Maintain strong governance through clear documentation version control and consistent communication.
Keep employee hierarchy information up to date and coordinate changes with the LTO SOP team.
What are we looking for
Previous work experience as Sales Excellence/Process Improvement/Business/Process Analyst for (3-6)yrs
Master in Business Degree preferred Graduate in Engineering must
Data-driven approach & high proficiency in MS Excel SQL and ability to design reports in Power BI (expertise both back & front end).
Willingness to learn & proactively embrace emerging technology
High ability to translate data with a Beyond the Obvious mindset.
Able to work independently & report to a Manager based in Singapore
Critical thinker & Creative problem solver. Team player & excellent interpersonal skills fun & positive
Demonstrate outstanding verbal written and presentation skills. Excellent organizational & time management skills
Willing to travel 5%-10%
